Handling of Images, Data, and Photos in Our Apps
We place a high priority on the privacy and security of our users' images, data, and photos, particularly within our applications. We do not retain any face data (for example "Face ID") through our applications. When you use our apps, you may upload photos of yourself to use features such as image effects, style previews, or similar tools. We do not use Face ID or biometric identification. In apps that offer portrait-based features, we may analyze visible facial features in photos you upload solely to provide those features (such as style recommendations or image effects). We do not use this to identify you. We want to assure you that these images are treated with the utmost care and respect for your privacy. The images you upload are stored securely and are only accessible by you within the app. To further protect your privacy, all uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after a maximum period of 30 days. We do not sell your photos. To provide AI-powered features, uploaded media may be processed by our service providers as described in “AI Data Processing & Third-Party Sharing” below. This commitment to privacy extends to all aspects of our service and reflects our dedication to safeguarding your personal information.
AI Identification and Analysis
When you use our AI identification features, we collect and process the photos you take or upload for the purpose of identifying species, objects, or subjects relevant to the specific app (such as plants, animals, insects, or other items). These images are analyzed using artificial intelligence to provide identification results, educational information, and related content. The photos you submit for identification are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and may be retained to improve our AI accuracy and provide you with your personal collection. We do not share your identification photos with third parties except as necessary to provide the identification service.
Location Data Collection
Our scanning features may collect location information to enhance identification accuracy and provide location-specific information. Location data helps us provide more precise identification results based on geographic distribution patterns and regional variations. You can disable location services in your device settings, though this may affect the accuracy of identifications. Location data is stored with your scan results and is only accessible by you within your personal collection.
Subscription and Payment Information
If you choose to subscribe to our premium features, payment processing is handled by third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat). We do not store your payment card information. We may retain subscription status information to provide premium features and customer support. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
AI Data Processing & Third-Party Sharing
To provide generative AI features, our Applications share certain user data with third-party AI infrastructure providers.
Sharing with Partners: When you enter a prompt or upload media into our AI-enabled Services, that data is processed by our partners, which may include but are not limited to OpenAI, Google, BytePlus, and Kling. This sharing is strictly limited to the technical necessity of generating the requested content.
No Training Policy: Rocket Digital does not use your personal prompts, uploaded files, or generated content to train or improve our proprietary AI models. We select partners who provide enterprise-grade privacy standards.
Data Retention for Safety: We and our third-party partners may retain copies of prompts and generated metadata for a period of up to 30 days. This retention is used exclusively for safety moderation, investigating reports of prohibited content (such as deepfakes), and ensuring compliance with global application store safety guidelines.
AI Service Providers: When you generate content, we share inputs with the following processors: - fal.ai (Wolf Mountain Labs Inc.): receives your style prompt and lyrics to generate audio via Google Lyria and MiniMax models. - Replicate (Replicate Inc.): receives your lyrics and uploaded audio when you generate a voice or song cover. - Meta Llama API (Meta Platforms, Inc.): receives your text prompt when you request lyric generation. Each provider processes your inputs solely to return the requested output and is bound by data-processing terms equivalent to those described in this policy. They do not use your inputs to train their models.
Security of Synthetic Media
All AI generation requests are processed over encrypted channels (SSL/TLS). While we strive to protect your creative projects, you are encouraged not to include highly sensitive personal information (such as government IDs or private financial data) within prompts submitted to our generative AI tools.
AI Model Training and Improvement
The photos and identification results may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve our AI models and identification accuracy. No personally identifiable information is used in this process, and individual photos are not used for training without explicit consent.
Managing and Deleting Your Account and Data
We at Rocket Digital Ltd. prioritize your rights and control over your personal data. If you’ve decided to delete your account with any of our applications, we’re here to guide you through the process. We understand that needs change, and we want to make this transition as seamless as possible for you.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you delete your account:
Method 1: In-App Deletion
This is the quickest and most direct way to delete your account for a specific application.
Open the App: Launch the specific Rocket Digital Ltd. app you wish to delete your account from.
Navigate to Settings: Find the “Settings” or “Account” section. This is often represented by a gear icon (⚙️) or found within a user profile menu.
Find the Deletion Option: Look for an option labeled “Delete Account,” “Manage Account,” or similar phrasing.
Confirm Deletion: A confirmation prompt will appear. Please read it carefully, as this action is irreversible and will permanently delete all data associated with your account for that app.
Finalize: If you are certain, confirm your decision. Your account and its associated data will be scheduled for deletion from our systems.
Method 2: Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app or find the deletion option, you can request deletion via email.

Use a clear subject line, such as: Request for Account Deletion
In the body of the email, you must include the following information:
The name of the specific app(s) you want the account deleted from.
The email address and/or username associated with your account in that app. This is crucial for us to identify the correct account.
Send the email. Once we receive your request and verify the details, we will process the deletion and send you a confirmation email.
Important Information
Please be aware that account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone. This process will erase all your personal data, saved content, preferences, and any other information associated with that specific account.
If you are unsure about permanent deletion, you might consider simply uninstalling the app from your device. This will stop all notifications and data collection on your device, but your account data will remain on our servers should you choose to return.
